Actually, I have an extra left pinky, so sometimes I accidentally pluralize things. Thanks for making me feel good about it though.

Re: Juice Williams: Pulp or Fiction?

How can we take any comment realistically when you don't even know the name of MU's quarterback, who was a Heisman finalist last year.

For the last time...it is DANIEL

NOT Daniels

Re: Juice Williams: Pulp or Fiction?

Okay, let's be fair here. Mizzou's secondary was terrible. Particularly Bridges and Gettis. But the front seven played terrific. There's a reason the Illini could not run effectively and that Williams didn't actually get to scramble hardly at all. They were forced to gun it because Mizzou was scoring every time they blinked, and like I said, their secondary was horrible. But A. that doesn't mean the entire defense was horrible (as evidenced by Sean Weatherspoon's possible-comeback-killing pick six), and B. the secondary was just as horrible in last season's opener, but they improved into one of the best units in the Big 12 by year's end. So let's not pile on them just yet.
